Want to Join the “Lez Garter” Marketing Team????

Do you want to help maximize the success of this web-based and grassroots campaign?? Join the “Lez Garter” Team, and help us market this campaign to other websites and individuals.  We have worked feverishly to develop this web page, which is “Campaign Central.”  We have created everything you need to spread the word to our fellow L Word fans.

 Here’s how easy it is:

 Identify a particular target site that likely has L Word fans.  Get to know these sites and how to contact its moderator. On this site, we have provided you with a link to a form “Moderator letter” for your use. We don’t mind if you want to personalize it somewhat. Just be sure to leave all the necessary information, especially our web address, in it so we can get feedback, handle questions that arise, and just generally know who the marketing effort is reaching. Using this Moderator letter is the easiest and most effective way to communicate this effort to other sites. Once at our site, they will find all the information, including the link that can be placed on their website.

 The tag line, and our theme, is 17 Reasons Why We Want More L Word. The pictures of Bette and Tina, and Tina’s leg with the white garter are designed to attract immediate attention and tie to the quest for a Tibette wedding. We suggest putting that picture in your email and always include our web address. Contact our admin moderator for assistance with this if you need it.

 By placing that link on the target web site, anyone that hits on our link will automatically be redirected to the “Lez Garter” Campaign page. A small percentage of moderators will not want a link to another site on their page, although this is a common practice of networking between websites.

Should you run into the site moderator who does not want to display our link, but wants to participate, send them the Petition and instructions for the May 1^st Kick off. Although not ideal, this is a way the Petition can simply be downloaded from their site. They can still rally their members without crossover to our site.  Please encourage that moderator who has concerns to visit our webpage, and email our administrators, so we can address their concerns rather than lose the participation of their members.
